We will be back next year

My husband booked me here and it wasn't until I checked in that I realized I'd been here a few years ago. It hasn't improved. Corporate wants them to allow pets but it is clear management does not want them. In addition to the pet fee (which is admittedly reasonable) they asked for $100 cash only, to cover damage my dog might cause to the room. This was sprung on me when I checked in. Pets are allowed on the 1st floor only, the first floor is below where you check in so more of a basement. The flooring appears to be laminate they placed on top of concrete without gluing it down so it's wavy and very slick. The cord for the air conditioner was laying across the floor, covered with a plastic bag. It's necessary to cross a very rocky area to get to grass to exercise a dog, and the grass isn't really clean. I wasn't happy about the sudden need for $100 cash nor the way I was made to feel unwanted because I had a dog. I'd say travel further up the road to a more welcoming place if you can
