Recepção muito devagar, pouco carisma e sem dedicação. Faltou água, e TMB faltou água quente. Acho que poderia ter poucos utensílios no flat. Tv não pegou canais, banheira com água escura e serviço de quarto zero.

Ambiente bonito, porém não havia água quente para banho no primeiro dia. Além disso, disseram não haver cobertores suficientes quando eu solicitei. Sem contar que qd cheguei, o garoto da recepção foi nada empático.

"Péssima pousada "

Não gostei da pousada, péssimo atendimento na recepção, ao chegar lá minha reserva, não tinha sido feita , a dona da pousada foi super grossa . Não recomendo a ninguém lá
