Serema Palace Hotel

O hotel em si é bom.

O acesso ao estacionamento estava bloqueado por evento e acesso alternativo não sinalizado. Não consegui entrar com carro.

Hotel de Representante! Custo benefício muito bom!

Ar condicionado são antigos! Melhor ter remédio para o nariz!

Hotel agradável e bem localizado. Precisa ser renovado. Aparelho de ar condicionado dos antigos ainda.

Foi tudo tranquilo

First, the location is perfect, in the heart of the city. Nearby the hotel has everything we need, like banks, restaurants, coffee shops, bars, barber shops, and a lot of stores. A good surprise for me was the breakfast at the hotel, it was served at the ground floor, and they served fruits, juices, sausage, eggs, a variety of delicious cakes, cheeses, teas, coffee, milk, jams, etc. It was a really good breakfast, almost a brunch. My room at 7th floor was silent, affordable with two single beds with a very firm mattress, which could be a little softer with a pillow.

The garage has a very steep ramp and the exit is curved, whick requires care, as I saw several car marks that had scratched the walls.

Roupa de cama velha, quase rasgada, cortina rasgada, coberta de la, colcha das camas parecia suja de tao amarelada. Chuveiro otimo. Nao vale o que cobram de jeito algum.

Incrível. Acomodações novas, limpas, muita praticidade e aconchegante. Recomendo!
