"Eigentlich gut, wenn die Technik funktioniert hätte"

Freundliches Service-Personal, saubere Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück.

Wie schon bei früheren Aufenthalten hat das TV-Gerät im Zimmer wieder nicht funktioniert. Kein Techniker, kein Ersatzzimmer. Schlecht, besonders wenn WM läuft. Und das Hotelmanagement sieht keinen Handlungsbedarf, schade.

"No refrigerator, but otherwise a great place to stay in Wiesbaden."

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were generally clean. The air-conditioning worked very well, as it was in the high 90's while we were there. The shower was good and had body wash and shampoo. The 2nd floor had a guest microwave, and laundry machines. The included breakfast was very nice.

One of the dryers in the guest laundry would stop after about 2 minutes. No refrigerator.
