The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The views of the lake were beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable.

The host initially tried to charge an additional fee for late check-in, which was unexpected and not clearly communicated in advance. In addition, it was not clearly stated that there is an extra cost for using the sauna and I assumed it would be included, as is common in many hotels.

Great location, close to Malcesine. Warm and genuine host, that accomodates to our requests. Loved the small touches in the room (the tea especially!) Views were amazing!

Ich war 2 Nächte in der Sunset Residence und es war einfach wunderschön. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend und alles war perfekt – sehr sauber, ruhig und gemütlich. Ich hätte wirklich nicht gedacht, dass es dort so viele Möglichkeiten gibt, zum Beispiel Fahrradverleih. Auch das kostenlose Wasser ist ein großes Plus. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Ich komme gerne wieder!
