I want to be honest: I did not expect the hotel to be like this. Before coming, I read the reviews of other tourists on Booking and saw that they praised the hotel, but this time I learned not to rely only on other people’s reviews. • Room: Our accommodation was a two-room unit with an acceptable size. The kitchen had all the necessary cooking utensils, but there was no dish soap or kitchen towel provided. • Breakfast: It was good, but there was no variety. Every day it was the same food without any change, which made me bored to the point that I eventually stopped going down for breakfast. • Positive points: I liked that they provided a corner where guests could prepare sandwiches to take with them for the day. The location is also nice, as there is a cable car, bicycles, and hiking trails in the nearby nature.

My shock started on the very first day when I received my room. The view from my room was directly facing a stone wall, with no sight of nature or mountains at all. The next morning at 8:30, while I was in the room preparing my children to go down for breakfast, I suddenly saw a cleaning lady inside our room without even knocking on the door. She insisted that we leave immediately because she wanted to clean the room at that moment. We told her we would be leaving in 10 minutes, but she refused. We got upset, went to the reception, explained what happened, and all they did was apologize. Later, when we came back, we found that the room had not been cleaned and the hotel staff simply ignored the matter. Sleeping in the room was also very uncomfortable because there was no air conditioning, and the small mosquitoes coming from the bathroom filled the apartment. Both my children and I woke up with bites and red spots on our faces because of this. In addition, we were not given any discount card or vouchers for nearby activities, so I had to pay for everything in full by myself. To sum it up, I do not recommend this hotel at all. Every day I just wished my holiday would end because of the hotel. Booking.com gave me misleading reviews and ratings for this place, and I returned from my vacation truly disappointed.

Wasserdruck in einem Badezimmer zu niedrig

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Appartment großzügig mit top ausgestatteter Küche. Im Restaurant war zwar viel los, aber es war aber immer sauber und eine Riesenauswahl! Wasserwelt Wagrain, Bergbahn, Bogenschießen, Escaperoom und Indoor Minigolf ist alles zu Fuß erreichbar!

Ruim appartement, fijn ontbijt met mogelijkheid voor meenemen lunch. Zwembad met sauna is fijne faciliteit.

Binnen in het appartement was het heel warm ondanks dat er de ramen voortdurend open hadden staan. De bedden liggen echt vreselijk. De matrassen zijn slecht. Parkeren in de parkeergarage is je auto met een Schoenlepel in het vak draaien.

Мы уже третий год подряд останавливаемся здесь с детьми и всегда остаёмся очень довольны. Завтраки и ужины вкусные и разнообразные, комнаты просторные и удобные, с балкона открывается прекрасный вид. Особенно хочется отметить работников на ресепшене — всегда приветливые, внимательные и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Чувствуем себя здесь как дома!

Мы уже третий год подряд останавливаемся здесь с детьми и всегда остаёмся очень довольны. Завтраки и ужины вкусные и разнообразные, комнаты просторные и удобные, с балкона открывается прекрасный вид. Особенно хочется отметить работников на ресепшене — всегда приветливые, внимательные и готовы помочь в любой ситуации. Чувствуем себя здесь как дома!
