Mama's and Papa's Luxury Rooms

Unfortunately, not much.

I booked this room expecting a luxury experience, but unfortunately, it fell far short of what was promised. While the owners were genuinely nice and responded quickly when the toilet flush stopped working, the overall stay was very disappointing. First, the room was located on the third floor with no elevator, which made carrying luggage exhausting. When we arrived, we were met with a terrible smell that lingered for hours. The beds were extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep, and the air conditioning was so loud that it was almost unusable at night. If you advertise luxury, you need to deliver it — and unfortunately, this was far from it. The friendly attitude of the owners was the only redeeming aspect of the stay

Very large rooms (#1 & #2), Ana the host very helpful allowing us to store our bags until our rooms were ready, great to have mini fridge in room, good shower

Three flights of stairs in the heat was an unpleasant surprise, very noisy despite double glazing , electrical wires hanging, wallpaper peeling, chandeliers with missing lightbulbs, unable to exit main door without a key not good in an emergency, definitely not luxury, location great except for the stairs and noise

Location was great and customer service and communications with property was prompt and very good

Amazing location - super central. Literally 2 seconds away from the sea front and the Main Street. Comfortable, clean, spacious and relatively quiet for such a central location. The square it is located on is a beautiful sight.

Just lacked a bit of attention maintenance wise, day bed was wobbly and noises especially for being slept on. Light bulbs out, sockets not secure. Shower weak.
