1. The staff is rude and dishonest — they scammed me on breakfast. I paid extra for breakfast service, but there was none. The receptionist told me the store was closed and there would be no food. 2. It’s very dirty — there are even larvae and cockroaches. 3. The windows don’t close, it’s always cold. 4. There’s no hot water. 5. The hairdryer doesn’t work.
