Perfect place to stay.

Room was clean and smelled pleasant and not dated. Room was serviced daily and didn’t have to call for towels or anything else. Fridge didn’t get cold but that’s the only issue so otherwise it was an Excellent stay!!

The hotel was clean and the staff was amazing

Pay additional to park? Crazy. Should be a given.

The hotel was lovely and convenient, but the M Lounge, especially Neal made the stay exceptional. The attention to detail, relational approach, and high level of customer service made our experience great!

I am not one to complain and I never have an issue with Marriott in general but this particular stay had some hiccups. We arrived at 2pm and although I realize check in was at 3pm the room wasn’t ready and we were told they would put a rush on it and call us when the room was ready. We went to the hotel restaurant to get something to eat which was very good by the way. It was 3:15 and no phone call. We went to the front desk and after an apology for not calling us we were told the room was ready. The room was very nice however the safe didn’t work. The toilet over ran many times and didn’t always flush the first time. We were only there for 2 nights for a family function so I really had no time to call and wait for someone to fix the safe or the toilet We were gone much of the next day and arrived back to the room around 3pm only to find the room was not cleaned. At that point I didn’t want it clean. We were checking out the next day and at that point again I wasn’t going to wait for someone to clean the room when it was so late in the afternoon and we were leaving the next morning The next morning (check out day) we put the privacy please on the door and went to breakfast before we had to leave for the airport. After breakfast upon going back into the room we realized someone had been in there and started to clean before they probably realized our bags were still there and we had not left yet. The garbages were emptied and our towels were all put on the counter in the bathroom in a ball. There were footprints in the shower. Hard to believe they entered the room when we put the privacy please tag on the door and we clearly had not checked out yet. Check out is at noon and we had gone down for breakfast around 9:30am We basically just grabbed our bags at that point and went to check out. When I told the girl at the front desk the issues we had she basically apologized and said hopefully they can make it up to us the next time. We were also told the cleaning service was a 3rd party vendor they use and they were working on getting their own staff for that. The hotel itself and the room were very nice . I was just surprised at the issues we had and may think twice about staying at Marriott again.

I stayed at the Denver Tech Center Marriott for five nights. The first night was a bit rough—the original room had multiple issues, including a puddle forming under the AC unit that caused a musty smell, a sink that wouldn’t drain, a shower valve that fluctuated from scalding to freezing with no middle ground, and missing body wash in the shower. Normally I’d shrug off one or two inconveniences, but this was too much at once. To their credit, the front desk handled it quickly and professionally. They apologized and immediately moved me to a new room. The second room was perfect—quiet, clean, and exactly what I needed for a good night’s sleep the rest of the trip. The highlight of my stay was definitely the M Club Lounge. It was a great place to relax and catch up with coworkers. Special mention to Neal, one of the staff, who went above and beyond—whether it was tracking down the yogurt flavor I wanted or keeping things fun with his warm, friendly attitude and our running joke about my “tab.” His service made the trip feel a lot more personal and enjoyable. Overall, aside from the rocky first night, my experience was excellent. Great staff, comfortable accommodations after the room switch, and a fantastic lounge that really made the stay worthwhile.

Disappointed in the hotel. Parking is Pay so its a circus getting checked in and then finding where to park and pay. The hotel seems old but has been refreshed Hmm but its still old. Have to use your room key to use the elevator and to exit parking but all gets bypassed when there are plenty of door props at the side exits. So all that security for nothing.
