Hotel Prado Real

Room was clean but they don't answer on any message so note when you check out if you leave anything in the room you wont get it back.

When we check out recepcionist checked our room we were late for taxi and i forgot ring on the drawer and she didn't saw it while checking the room. I text them 10x in english and spanish to ask them about the ring as i wanted to come back to collect it and didnt get any answer so i needed to contact booking costumer service and still i dont have any answer. I think hotel needs to pay attention for guests needs; answer on messages and return belongings of their guests.

Good location, 24/7 security and AC in the rooms. The bathroom is quite spacious.

The breakfast wasn’t really great

Clean room, kind staff and a good breakfast.

The lock of the first room was broken so they gave us a smaller room. This was nothing dramatic but slightly disappointing. Everything seemed to be a taxi ride away from the hotel.

Overall, the room and hotel was ok. However, considering that we payed !! 380 USD !! for one night (during Carnaval), the price/performance ratio was the worst I have ever seen! The room was located directly at the entrance (101). We heard every word spoken at the reception. And the door bell was very loud. WiFi wasn't working properly in the room as the signal was too weak. Only cold water to shower Breakfast: one small plate (no buffet) It was a last minute booking during Carnaval. However, the exorbitant price justified and an impudence. I would not mention these issues if it wasn't for this fortune!
