Good facilities, kids had a great time, loved all the Christmas decorations.

Overall ambience is great. Both kids and adults can have fun. We stayed at the Bonita Hut: PROS: - Super huge bed good for 4 pax - Additional ceiling fan but AC is cool enough CONS: - Toilet heater is not working. We had to call maintenance atleast 2x during the night and once again in the morning. They should check the facilities first before they check-in their clients. - Leaking water in the toilet bowl - Space for walking is too small. if you have large bags/luggages/backpacks ther is not enough space for walking - we had to request for rugs since there is none inside the room.

We attended a family gathering in Bacolod and we made sure not to miss this place before coming back home to Cebu. This is a fun place for a family to visit. Child-friendly facilities, accommodating and friendly staff, relaxing ambience. The food was decent and prices are reasonable. This is really an awesome place for kids and kids at heart!

If you call them for inquiries, they are not responding. The telephone number they gave just keep on ringing! If you send a message no reply! Useless!You have a nice park, modern and it looks like enjoyable but improve your costumer service! It's also important!

Not so good service.All staff not very attentive. The food is gross and pricey..Bonita hut is dirty and lots of ants in your bed.The beddings are not clean..very dissappointing.toilet bowl is not working..Campueztuhan is the best place for kids.but no **t⁶

The place is great if you see the pictures but this resort lacks maintenance. It is as if the concept is to build and earn money and then there are no plans to keep this place together. I don't know how this place would keep up in five years. It probably will, but I am definitely not going back there. We stayed for one night, in the bonita hut. We originally booked the other hut that was slightly smaller but the rooms were so dirty that we had to ask for another one. We were mistakenly transferred to a Bonita Hut that was not cleaned at all. So we had to complain, glad we did. Turns out, we were given the wrong room. We finally settled in. Insects are all over the place, the faucet is wobbly, I cannot emphasized enough that the rooms are not maintained, sadly. The sheets are full of stains, albeit they smell newly washed. There is leaking somewhere in the bathroom, verrry cold shower. Rain and wind would have been nothing, if only the pools are well maintained and properly heated. But they were not. My daughter and I tried to go in for a swim and returned to our hut. The cafe in the resort has good food. All in all, I don't want to come back here again.

too far from the city, the rides are a bit pricey. The pictures taken by the resort photographer is too expensive but nice. we’re disappointed the bubble drop and wave wasn’t turned on during our stay, & the paragliding was not functional.

Overall the park itself is great with a lot of family activities. My first concern is that the shower and bathroom facilities are horrid! Very dirty!! Second, there is no handsoap to be found anywhere throughout the park's bathrooms. They have a restaurant on site along with other food vendor kiosks and I'm sure that goes against several health code violations that their staff can't wash their hands properly before returning to work. Third, none of the toilet's have seats. Last is that before the park even closed, they kicked everyone out of the pools so they could chlorinate them. Very poor customer service!!

we stayed at dino house, room is so clean, water si called, perfect for the whole day outdoor events inside campuestohan. Food is good and in teasonable price. Please keep up the most important and what we like most is the cleanliness in everywhere within the vicinity to the rooms. I will recommend you to everyone.
