Location.

Whomever remodeled the rooms did a terrible job. The bathroom faucet was installed so far from the sink that everytime you washed your hands, water would end up all over the counter. The walk in shower floor didn't slope into the center drain so water would make its way to the center of the bathroom floor. The balcony had no chairs, was covered in bird droppings and spider webs. The rooms did not live up to a "suite" designation. I will definitely be looking at other hotels for future stays.
