Hampton Inn & Suites Ocean City West

The staff was very responsive and friendly. the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. the room was clean and everything looked new. i will definitely stay here again.

Love this hotel. Me and my family have been coming here at the beginning of every summer the last few years. I cannot say enough good things about the team here. They always make sure we are well taken care of, and the same people have been there for years. Thank you all!

Close to the beach

Everything clean and people were very nice. Break was great.

Pool was cold and small.

Very dog friendly. Places to eat and shop within walking distance or a very short drive. Only downside was my hotel room door did not close very well. Otherwise a good stay

The hotel was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic - a huge variety to choose from.

The "heated" pool was cold and so was the 24/7 coffee and hot water. These are two things I was looking forward to and such a disappointment 😥

The beds were comfortable. When be needed additional supplies the front desk provided them. The floor appeared to be clean but our feet were filthy after walking around in our room. There should be a larger garbage cans or more cans in the room
