It started off great but I soon found out that the one ice machine was broken, and when I asked for cold water somewhere in the hotel, the attendant wanted to charge me for it. I was on the fourth floor and there were no working elevators. I willl never want to stay here again.

I’ve been staying here since the beginning of February for a long-term project, and from day one through now, the level of cleanliness, service, and overall hospitality has remained exceptional. The hotel is consistently spotless, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming, comfortable environment that truly feels like a home away from home. What stands out most is the staff. Every interaction has been positive—professional, attentive, and genuinely customer-focused. The team is knowledgeable, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to ensure guests feel taken care of. That level of consistency over an extended stay is rare and speaks volumes about the leadership and culture here. For anyone traveling frequently or staying for an extended period, this hotel sets a high standard. I would absolutely recommend it and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future!!

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They greeted me everytime I left and came back. It's the small things. Furthermore, the hotel is located within walking distance of a gas station and food so no need to drive.

What a great location! Close to restaurants and shopping. We were visiting the Clemson area to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and had arrived with a cake that needed to be refrigerated until we could arrange the right moment to celebrate. Autumn and Sam were very helpful in making sure the cake was refrigerated safely and kept it for us. That was so helpful and very much appreciated. The overall friendliness of the staff creates a very welcoming atmosphere. Erin always made sure breakfast offerings were plentiful and fresh. What a great staff!

The staff went out of their way to be accommodating when we arrived early and with a cake that needed to be refrigerated but was too large for the compact refrigerator in our room. Autumn and Sam made sure the cake was safely refrigerated until it could be brought out for our daughter’s birthday celebration. Erin took great care to make sure the breakfast offerings were plentiful, fresh and refilled as needed. The staff overall are professional, yet friendly which creates a very welcoming atmosphere not always found when traveling.

We did have a chair in the room that missing screws and unsafe. However, it was quickly replaced when we brought it to the maintenance’s attention.

The stay is good at room 225. But I think I lost it forgot one of my Bose earbuds in the room. If someone found it, could you please let me know? Thanks.

I loved this stay. We had our team stay due to the weather and Andrew and his team were top notch. So understanding and very accommodating.
