"Bad business practices "

Home2 suites booked on a pay at the property, decided to charge the card early and cancel my reservation BEST THING EVER!! Found a great hotel the Lockport Inn Made the trip 10000000x better by canceling me. Don’t trust Home2 suites

I was highly disappointed in this establishment. Our room was completely dirty. This was not what we were expecting. If we could have left and not been charged we would have. That should have been an option.

"One night stay"

Had a lovely one night stay with a family of 6 on our way to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was great. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but everything was clean. We would stay again!

Great amount of space in the suite but it was bit run down. Our room had a lot of things we’re not cleaned properly: crumbs on floors, crumbs on the table in the suite, stain in toilet, bathroom counter not fully wiped down and shower had a lot of water stains (maybe time to re-caulk).
