Cleanliness

Washroom extremely congested, torned towel & bed sheet. They provide single towel, then provide one more on request. No money receipt was given initially. They took 10minutes to prepare one incomplete receipt on request. Very high price in comparison to service.

"If they are up to their commitment it will be a fine place to stay. There are so many lack facility."

The environment was calm & good. Their facilities were quite well .

I booked room at price 1185 tk online on booking.com but they took 1570 tk from me. I questioned it but they said it's not they're fault booking.com take commission from them that's why. It's clearly a scam.

"Descent value of money"

It has a quite wonderful outdoor terrace which is a cozy place to sit in the evening.

The curtain holders of both windows were found broken and room service was very lazy.
