Staff were friendly and helpful, menu options were great and meals were delicious, room was spacious and clean. My partner loved the free port and I enjoyed making a cuppa and eating the biscuits!

Due to the shower being in the bath, we felt that a hand rail should be installed so as to prevent falls/slipping when getting out. Also, even though I enjoyed my hot chocolate at breakfast, the mug it came in had no handle and I was unable to drink it for ages due to it being so hot. I ended up wrapping a serviette around it
