USGreat location, the neighborhood is an excellent place to stay in as it is just outside the heavy tourist area but close enough to walk everywhere. The apartment is very nice and comfortable with nice bedrooms and bathrooms plus very large closets!!!! The kitchen is nice and well appointed with the basics for cooking meals. The rest of the apartment is spacious and comfortable. We stayed over six weeks and overall had everything we needed and the apartment management was very responsive and brought a few extra things we needed. Would recommend this place highly and stay here again! If you stay more than a week housekeeping is included which is a very nice touch! The management team is great!
While a great apartment, it needs a little TLC as the furniture is a little worn and a bit dirty. The entrance and stairs to the apartment are old and worn out so if this is important to you be aware. The kitchen needs some new things such as coffee cups, cocktail and wine glasses, cookware and cooking utensils, although the management company did bring some over when asked!

Entrance on the ground floor very dirty, main entrance door key lock difficult to open.
USApartment was very clean and well appointed.
1. The place had no outside signage 2. The front door and staircase was very Ghetto and Scary 3. The management accused us of leaving the front door unlocked and damaging a glass shower door after we left. (We did neither!)
SGhost and staff are very responsive to questions, especially Alex has been helping us solving all kinds of problems we faced during the stay. the location is great too. close to a lot of good restaurants and tram and metro are just few mins away. apart from bathroom, beds are comfy and the apartment is clean and nicely designed. the greeting come with a book introducing what to do and where to eat, which is very sweet.
the drains in both master and common bathroom got problems. common bathroom smells too strong and we couldn’t use it the whole time. master bathroom’s shower drains very slow too even after the maintenance team tried to fix. there are renovation in the building causing water supply disruption the last day of stay which is not a pleasant surprise.
