Lovely cozy hotel right in the middle of Santa Cruz. The host booked us on one of our wine tasting at the vineyard near to town.

The whole hostel is very lovely with nice and spacious rooms for a good price, a well equipped kitchen and a really nice garden that invites for a chilled day. The location is perfect! Just 2 blocks from the center and supermarkets and with cafés next door. Which made the stay especially worth it was the welcoming staff - If we think back to Santa Cruz we will always think back to Ivan, who really made our stay here worthwile!

It was close to the centre. Parking was a bonus. It had a nice yard in which to hang out and relax. Yvan was very helpful.

Smoking in the yard drifted into the room when the window was open to let fresh air in. It was a little noisy at night with a group of people in the yard.

A hostel that feels like a home. I had a wonderful stay. The host was super helpful providing loads of information on local vineyards, also the bikes you can rent are really good quality. Helmut, lock and bike bag included so you can easily cycle back with bottles of beautiful wine from the tastings. The hostel was clean and the kitchen well supplied.

There was a bit of a queue for the bathroom most mornings as there was just one to share but that wasn’t the end of the world.

A sweet little hostel. Hostess gracious and knowledgeable. The bike rental was a great service. Everyone staying here is here for wine. So while it’s definitely not a “party” hostel it is definitely very sociable, in all the best ways.
