Villa Saint Hubert

Wonderful place, like a small oasis in a busy Nice during Tour de France final! The garden where you eat breakfast is beautiful and calming, the room clean, nicely decorated and great AC in the July heat. If you’re lucky you meet Polly, the cat!

The villa is run by a very friendly and helpful hostess and her family, the house is well kept and has charm with its lush front garden and the individual decor of the rooms with modern en-suite bathrooms.

The host was wonderful and the room was tidy. The location is right by the tram so it is easy to get downtown and explore the beautiful town. I would absolutely come back! Thank you, Sophie!

The villa looks so beautiful. The location is very convenient, the tram L1 is nearby, restaurants and supermarkets are around the corner. The owner is super nice and friendly, always smiles and helpful😊 She has an adorable cat 🐈‍⬛ That was so nice to play with it in the morning in the courtyard. Definitely wanna come back here when visiting Nice ❤️

I loved staying at Villa Saint Hubert. I just wish I had more time. The tram is a minute away. The center can also be reached on foot, about a 20 minute walk if you don't get distracted by the sites along the way. FYI: There's a white doorbell next to the door. That one doesn't work. The working door bell is on a gold plaque with a name over it, so it didn't look like a doorbell. Ring that one. There are stairs to climb. The young woman did carry my suitcase up for me.

The room needs some renovation

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is good. The house is close to the tram stop

There is no 24h reception, it was quite hard to get instructions to do late check in as we arrived after the reception hours. The room illumination is bad…at night doesnt get completely dart as the curtain is not a blackout and during the day the illumination is not good as well as the lights are weak.

The most hospitable staff! Great location and atmosphere.
