HOSTERIA LA COSTANERA

Lo que me gusto fue el trato del personal excelente lo que no me gusto fue la ubicación del hotel por detrás pasan el trasporte público buses y el ruido se siente en la habitación ,la construcción de la habitación pésima pilares de concreto atravesado,sugiero entregar uniforme al personal del hotel ,el baño incomodo y el estacionamiento en la calle a pesar que lo cuida un vigilante pero sigue siendo inseguro y wifi no hay

El control remoto del TV estaba falloso. La iluminacion del cuarto estaba muy tenue, no alumbraba mucho.

I like this property and the staff was kind, the place is close to the beach and the breakfast was great

The property met our needs for the one night we were there. A little noisy with cabs honking their horns through the night, but the shower was refreshing after a long drive from Banos.

The staff was nice and pleasant The hotel needs update of modern staff

The place needs a lot of maintenance, we found that our linen had holes and to many stains, the WiFi never works, cats everywhere, on tables,chairs etc. To loud because the traffic and people in common area. Smoking allowed so fell the taste in our room. In general not happy.

TIENE UNA BUENA UBICACION, SIN EMBARGO EL ESTADO DE LA HABITACION, SABANAS Y TOALLAS DIO MUCHO QUE DESEAR.

Great place for the price. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The beakfast was included with the stay which was amazing. Just three blocks from the beach.

Breakfast was great! But hostess could provide better customer service, she seemed rushed and too abrupt when asked questions. Also, one price quoted on Expedia during reservation and a higher one stated when we got there.
