Quality Inn Easton

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. The shower was not fully cleaned and the water was cold. At check in, the staff member said we would be charged a deposit, but that he could not accept credit cards. At 11:00 pm we had a choice of finding a new hotel or giving him a paper copy of my credit card which was very insecure. We should not have been asked to make that choice. I could have paid him a smaller amount in cash but that was not acceptable. When we returned to check out in the morning, I asked the new staff member to shred the information and accept the lesser amount in cash but that staff member, and someone hiding in the back room both repeated that they had to keep the copy of my credit card in order to collect the fee. I felt I had not other option except to contact the corporate headquarters. Someone now has a paper copy of my credit card and I will be checking for unauthorized charges and credit card fraud.

The staff were good. The room wasn’t very clean. There were hairs in the sink, white powder in corners of the floor and the floor hadn’t been mopped recently. After showering my feet were very dirty after walking on the floors for only a minute or two.

King mattress sunk in the middle. Found 2 bugs in the bathroom.

The road to the Hotel isn't obvious, but it's been a consistently dependable place to stay.

Room was clean and quiet. Bed was super creaky. I could hear the springs everytime there was movement. There a as quite the odor in the hallways.

Nothing. I actually am Interested in getting a refund. My guys worked like 14 hours at a very hard job. Only to get to the hotel and go thru a nightmare of a check in. I booked the hotel and paid for it.. they wouldn't let him use my card for incidentals. So after an hour they finally get to their room... and have no electric. They are exhausted. They wanna lay down watch TV and start again the next day. They get to a new room...no working TV. Never again. They are back at the same job now but trying different hotel.
