The quality of food on offer was good however hot food was stone cold.

The quality of food on offer was good. However on all 3 mornings of our stay it was cold. The first morning there was adequate amounts of hot food available ie scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausages etc but it was definitely not hot - it was cold. Day 2 the casserole dishes were either empty or nearly empty. We complained and had to wait 10 mins for more bacon to come out which when it did was barely cooked - fat of the bacon was still white so we aired on the side of caution and didn’t eat it. The only one member of staff on duty in the dining room who was trying to check names off and replenish food was run off her feet. There were only 35 people in for breakfast that day. When we complained to reception the first thing we were asked was “what time were we down at?” We were down at 9:15am and breakfast didn’t finish until 10:00am so there were no excuses. The girl brought me 3 fried eggs on a plate to which I said “We also need bacon and everything is cold!”This morning (3rd morning) there were about 96 people booked in for breakfast but still only 1 member of staff on duty. The milk was running out, the danish pastries were done, there was barely nothing left on the hot plates! I again complained, the cook came out shaking her head and eventually some hot food arrived ie bacon and eggs but alas it was still cold. I asked the girl to take my plate away and heat it up in the microwave! Plates were always cold. Add cold food to cold plates and you can understand how bad it was. I pointed out to the cook and dining room attendant as well as reception staff that the hot plates on which the dishes were sitting were so cold that I could hold my hand on them for minutes before I could feel any semblance of heat. Management must realise that cold food which should be hot = food poisoning and if breakfast ends at 10:00am then there should still be adequate amounts of food available to paying guests.

parfait , pas cher du tout pour la qualité de l’hôtel , l’équipement et propreté , très bien placé , à proximité des restaurants et très calme.

Een fijne ruime kamer met een erg goed bed. Mooie badkamer. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Erg goed ontbijt. Het hotel is In het cenrum gelegen. De parkeeergarage is top, goede ruime plekken en geen bedompte lucht.

Het franse balkon, je kunt er niet even lekker zitten en er is geen tuin aanwezig. Er is geen trolley voor de bagage.

Clean bedroom. Good breakfast apart from the ridiculous coffee making machine.

Staff attitudes not great. I asked for another couple of bath towels and he marched me to the spa and showed me a basket with some in. Would have preferred a smile and room delivery. No room service for anything. Not enough lighting in the room. Very gloomy. In fact the whole hotel seemed gloomy.

Ik ken de omgeving goed, en dit hotel ligt echt prachtig midden in het sympathieke centrum van Sant Feliu, en op wandelafstand van de zee en de omliggende strandjes. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en verzorgd.

De kamer kon net iets properder gepoetst zijn, er lag nogal wat stof op de vloer. Ook vond ik het vreemd dat er enkel een laken op het bed lag en er een dekbed zonder overtrek in de kast lag.
