Getting in to the property was a hassle

DO NOT BOOK HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT Absolutely everything was disgusting. This place is a health hazard. Open bleach bottles causing the apartment to stink. A full bucket of cigarette butts, sofa bed broken. The filth in the apartment was unbelievable. Dirty mattresses, quilts and sheets. Stains over everything. Would not even consider taking our shoes off, the carpet was filth . Contacted the person we got the key off and she said she might be able to get a cleaner to come in. One person had a rash start from the bleach and another coughing uncontrollably. Told the woman (Sami) that we could not stay there as it was unsafe and she said she would send an email to the agents. Have never heard anything back from her or them.. Within half an hour after talking to her we were sitting in our car as could not stay in that place any more time. Ended up booking another place in Fitzroy for 4 nights and did not go back inside these apartments. Hoping to get a refund as the description on the website is so far fro reality it doesn't even register on the reality scale. I cannot repeat enough DO NOT BOOK HERE

DO NOT STAY HERE! Room 106 was practically uninhabitable. Cupboard handles falling off, fridge was stained, TV stand has broken supports, curtain cords broken so unable to raise/lower blinds, outdoor patio area riddled with cobwebs. There was a random portable cot out there that should be bagged, tagged and buried with how it looked. The walls, bench tops, tops of beside draws, dining table looked dirty. They were all stained and chipped. Almost like hard rubbish day finds. One man's trash is another man's treasure but not when you are paying top dollar to stay there! The bathroom was filthy. Tiles were grotty and grout turning black. Shower door didn't shut. Even the shower tap wasn't connected. It fell off at first touch. The free shampoo, conditioner and body wash most places offer were there but PRE USED! Absolute filth. Main bedroom curtain had spiders falling down when lowered. The bed base was missing a cover sheet and you could see just how stained the mattress was. The room with 2 single beds was hard to even enter. The door hit one of the beds and you had to shuffle sideways to get in. At least these beds had covers but they didn't hide the dirt and grime they were covered in themselves. Costing over $500 a night and this is what was on offer. Beyond disgraceful and again DO NOT STAY HERE!When I arrived, the temperature was 40 degrees, and I did not find air conditioning. When I called them, I spoke to them politely. They told me, “We cannot do anything for you.” He closed the mobile phone, and I did not repeat the call. He did not answer. Then I went to the office. They closed the door. I had to go to bunnings and buy fans because I have kids that this apartment and the owners of this apartment and this office are scammers

Location was convinient.

Before we had even entered the property the lock was broken. I'm hindsight this was a sign of things to come. From there things never improved. I wish I made a list of everything that was wrong. This is purely from memory. Kitchen had chunks taken from the benchtops. There was a cupboard handle that came off whenever you opened it. Entertainment unit was broken with a replacement sitting right next to it. Turning to the right we saw one of the blinds broken. This led to a balcony with something old and filthy covered in spiders. The bathroom was covered in mold with the shower faucet coming off in your hand, as it was quite weighty I'm sure this would have hurt if it had landed on your foot. Shower door didn't close properly either. Master bedroom blind was covered in the thickest spiderweb I have ever seen. 2nd bedroom door wouldn't open all the way due to a bed being crammed behind the door. I have learnt my lesson, I apologise to everybody that has reviewed this property before me, if I had looked I would have avoided this. There was not a single redeeming quality about this. It was over priced and if I haven't painted a clear enough image by now, disgusting. At over $500 before paying extra for parking and early check in I feel more than a little ripped off.

Apartment and location we very good

Accommodation booked for 6 .... 4 adults and 2 children.... not 2 couples 4 adults. We had to buy a blow up bed as only bedding for 5. One single bed in 2nd room the base was broken on the other one so had to move it out and put the mattress on the floor. Had to sweep floors with broom as both vacuum cleaners didn't work. Maintenance man looked at them both of them but couldn't fix them.

Nothing. We did not stay there as the unit was uninhabitable

The broken bed, the broken sofa bed, no linen for sofa bed, the questionable stains on the sofa bed, the dirty towel hanging in the closet, the sticky kitchen floor. The hosts were unresponsive in providing any rectification plan. We were not able to stay the night. We had to go elsewhere at our cost and now it seems we’ll have to go out of our way to get our money back. Do not stay here!

The place hadn't been cleaned, or it was done poorly. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Window winder broken, no fly screens and no air conditioning so mozzies were a problem.
