historic building on a big property. really nice room with modern bathroom. rooms had mosquito nets which was very nice. tasty breakfast. balsamic vinegar tour was well done and interesting

outside area including the pool area could be better maintained. little details like a pool towel, ordering other egg meals (despite the offered scrambled eggs) were charged extra and didnt convey the experience of a hotel/guetshouse of this price range.
