I hytten ville det have være godt med en ovn og en toaster, da vi selv skulle sørge for aftens og morgenmad. Trappe til senge på 1.sal er for stejl og glat til at en hund kan komme op og ned.

Very peaceful and beautiful nature reserve, vast space in a rural setting. There was a lake nearby with secluded beaches which our dog loved to explore. Rooms in cute wooden hut and had everything we needed (kettle, fridge, etc), comfortable bed and lovely shower. Breakfast was included and there was a good variety and plenty to eat. The host was really friendly and helpful. We ordered evening meals for 2 nights at the restaurant which was delicious home cooking. Would definitely recommend and may visit again if we come back to this area.

The drive to the property was quite steep; it was okay in the summer when it's hot and dry. Could be slippery in the winter when wet.

Whether you like this depends on what you want. We liked our compact and solid wilderness cabin, which we used as a springboard to visit the rock carvings at Tanum and, via a boat from Fjallbacka, the Weather Islands.

Basic kitchen: two rings + microwave. Having to clean on departure (or face cleaning fee of around £75).

Super area, the rooms are simple but cozy. The nearby Naturreservat has super hiking. The breakfast very good.
