THE Cottage, Saint Davids, Christ Church, Barbados

Excellent place.

The booking was made last minute due to an appointment change. The owner was there to meet us and got us checked in and sorted. The cottage was clean and neat and spacious. Items requested were made available in a timely manner. I had an enjoyable stay.

For a moment I thought my reservation was given away, the gentleman said he thought I wasn't coming. ANYONE WHO BOOKS THIS NEEDS TO CALL THEM AND CONFIRM VERBALLY WITH THE PROPERTY MGR. They did get me sorted and the place was very cute, gated and clean. George checked up on us but everything worked perfectly and we had no problems. Nice quiet neighborhood and the locals were friendly. Very centrally located to Oisten and Lawrence Gap and Bridgetown all a very short drive. Highlight - 3 days around 10am monkeys showed up in the trees around the yard eating fruit. We thought that was so cool! Thanks again Mark!!

Quiet, Quaint, and Clean. The Cottage has a home away from home feeling. The owner and property manager were very helpful and friendly.

This beautiful, spacious cottage is very clean & cozy set with a lovely garden view to the back and is like your home away from home! It’s located in a very safe area & a few minutes walk to a local convenience store, rum shop and bus stop. The owner was on the island, got to meet him which was nice. He was very warm & welcoming. Have to recognize the driver to the property George who is also very kind, prompt and helpful. He is available & willing to take you wherever you need to go, need be. I would definitely consider returning to this property again, we loved it! Thanks guys, well done! - L. Ward

The Cottage Saint Davids, was a home away from home for me. Sometimes we need a moment to get away from the big city life and in this case my visit was not for pleasure. This setting was exactly what I needed after dealing with the sad moment of losing someone as well as recieving the news that a love one is in the last stages of life. It was rather warm and cozy, including A/C which was very welcoming for the swealting heat of the country. I took full advantage of the kitchen by preparing my breakfast every morning before venturing out. The owner Mark, was at my finger tips, with speedy response to my many text and George was rather helpful and rather efficient in making my stay comfortable. I would definately recommend anyone to The Cottage Saint Davids.

The property was more than I expected for the price I paid. Mark the owner is a very friendly and accommodating individual. Communication was extraordinary, he made sure that taxi service was available throughout my trip. George who was my driver was very kind, he went above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. Thanks a lot guys, and I have been recommending your place to my friends and family here.

Most of all my husband and I love how quiet and well constructed the cottage was. It had everything we needed to feel like home. The cottage is just as pictured and very welcoming. The gentleman who welcomed/drove us to the cottage and told us all we needed to know was very professional and friendly. We fully recommend for anyone who is desirous of a clean, peaceful and private place to stay in Barbados. We will definitely be happy to stay there again on our next visit to the island.

This is an amazing little one bedroom cottage out of the main city. It is clean, updated, has a washing machine, hot water, and the ac works amazing. The full kitchen makes it so easy to save money and make your own meals. It's in a completely fenced/gated property, in a quiet area, and has a little shop right down the street with all the necessities. The people you work with while staying there are easily accessible, very nice, and are willing to make your stay as amazing as possible. Cons: You're a small distance from the city/beach. Either you will need to learn the bus system (not very reliable to come back on but cheap) or be ready to spend USD$20/BBD$40 per trip to wherever you're going. I would definitely stay here again!!

Price ... customer service... the owner was amazing... I would definitely recommend this place to anyone
