GBFacilities were basic but clean. The shower was hot and bed was comfortable.
At night you need keys to access the hotel. My outer key did not work and it was out of office hours so no one answered the office phone. Thankfully they saw my message and let me in but I was waiting on the street in the dark for around 10 minutes. The jacuzzi didn't seem to be working when I visited or it was unclear how it needed to be turned on.

USThe staff was friendly. The location is near the lakeshore, many tiendas, and restaurants.
The room could've been cleaned better. The shower is a real suicide shower. I was shocked multiple times by the overhead electric water heater. There is a decent view of the lake, but you have to step outside of the room to see it. I paid $23/night for a single bed room. If you can't get it for less, I'd advice looking elsewhere.

Our room was like a prison. Very sparse. The shower scared us because of the wires on the shower head, so we never showered while we were there. They would not take credit cards. Only Quetzales. The hot tub was cold. Every thing to do was on the other side of town, so we walked a lot.

NZExcellent value for money with 2 pools, jacuzzi and lakefront. I didnt mind that it was 1km away from the main part as it seemed the better restaurants were closer. Staff were nice too.

I didn't like the rooms. The facility itself is so outdated, no AC, and it feels suffocating at night. There was only one person at the front desk who barely spoke English or Spanish, and my whole family was disappointed with this place. If you're traveling with the whole family, this is not a good place to stay. There's not much to do here, and not even the pool looks appetizing. The water looks dirty.
