GBFacilities are great. Pool and steam sauna was a plus. Location is a bit quiet but that worked for us. When the guy showed us to our room, it was quite hot and he immediately offered another.
Staff seem to not always be around, but that's fine cause we don't need much after checking in. 1 night a group of drunk guys came back late and sat outside playing music/shouting etc. That's not the hotel's fault but there was nobody working to put a stop to it
ILThe staff was very friendly and took care of everything very quickly, but speak only Spanish, which made the communication very hard. Nice pool.
Location far from the center. The good thing is that there are lots of Tuk Tuks that helps to get to and from the hotel. The rooms are very basic (not to say Spertan) - only bed and basic shower. The rooms very stuffy - No Air Conditioner or any kind of ventilation. There is no noise insulation in the rooms, so you hear everything that happenes outside.

AUgreat pools and views and very nice staff staff gave us a better room when it became available without having to ask nice and quiet
all good really maybe a little bit away from the night life if you want to party but that wasn’t an issue for us

CAThis place is just perfect, close enough to the center but far enough to have quiet at night. The staff is just amazing, place is very clean, there is a pool in the hotel and another facing the lake just accross where you can sunbathe alone, its perfect. If i come back, this is the place to staff for sure.
