Very friendly. Very accommodating. Chelsea is helpful and shares tips & info freely. They are open in December - warm and quiet, plenty of hot water, lots of included coffees and hot chocolate!

This was such a comfortable place to stay. I loved the decor of the building. The staff that helped us was terrific. The room was excellent being clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when coming to Skagway.

This is a beautifully renovated property. The rooms are comfortable. Basic amenities like coffee, television, and internet are provided. It is in a quiet neighborhood of noisy Skagway. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Renovated century-old guest accommodation. Small but adequate rooms, very clean, at the edge of a quiet residential neighborhood.

The drive down from Whitehorse is stunning! Old hotel refurbished for today- excellent! Also affordable (at least for Skagway!)
