Residence Inn by Marriott Big Sky/The Wilson Hotel

Beautiful location and hotel! Our room was big. It even had a doorbell. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The staff was super nice, and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast we’ve had so far on our vacation. The guest laundry was the cleanest guest laundry I’ve ever seen in a hotel.👏🏼 We enjoyed walking to the shops and restaurants just outside the hotel. Even though it was the off-season, there were still some places open.

Hotel was great, staff great. @priceline PRICELINE is literally THE WORST BUSINESS to deal with. They are horrible. They don’t respond to complaints or concerns, the don’t follow through with anything and they make everything impossible. I will NEVER book through them again. Book through the hotel instead

The property is in great condition. Although the location is central and they offer shuttle, you must book every single ride and it's a hassle.

The restrictive policy of not cleaning rooms every night was not made known to me. We spent a LOT of $$$’s to stay over the weekend(Fri/Sat) nights, but we did not benefit from made-up rooms or fresh towels. When I spend this kind of money, I would expect to have clean rooms.
