Room was ok. The restaurant too small for breakfast very crowded very bad organized. We ordered some food at night not a pleasant experience. One dish we had to return and soup was literally 4 spoons big :). There was no parking to park. We thought this property was 10 years old and we learned was a couple of months old. Would never recommend for the price we paid.

"Beautiful new hotel in the town "

I took the opportunity of staying in Zakopane on a road trip from Poland into Slovakia. So glad I did. This is a wonderful hotel that had only been open a week. Beautifully finished with lots of exposed wood to an incredibly high standard. The check in was a little slow, but the guy was learning. Rooms were beautiful and very spacious. Everything was obviously brand new. Menu in the restaurant was impressive (I had a ribeye steak..), but the service was a little slow (again, staff under training)... The wellness area wasn’t quite finished, which was a little disappointing but I guess a few more weeks and it’ll be done. Overall.... excellent.
