Comfortable, clean and good location. Big room. Very friendly staff. Good value for money.

Excellent location in the heart of Valladolid. Easy walk to the main square, Zaci cenote and shops & restaurants. Great rooms. Awesome to have a pool onsite in the heat and also the outdoor shared kitchen was a bonus. Room was clean and tidy with A/C and a comfy bed.

Shower had weak water pressure - but this was not a major issue at all.

Great value and location. Was great to use the kitchen and multiple roof tops.

Towels were very old and thin. Pool was a bit murky so we didn’t go in.

A really lovely little guesthouse in a handy location just a 10 minute walk to the zocalo. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were super comfy. The shower wasn't the best with low pressure and next to no hot water. The grounds were lovely and peaceful and the shared kitchen a bonus.

Well located in town in a quiet street. It's a basic family run hotel with a communal kitchen in the garden. Our room was always really clean, lots of hot water, air condition and clean towels. The swimming pool was clean and a welcome end to the day. Carlos and family were always very helpful and it's a great little place close to the centre of town and a short walk to the ADO bus station and Collectivo.
