Poor wifi

Delicious breakfest. Beautiful swimming pool. Hotel is in city centrum. It's very quiet place.

Small parking places, but we fit in it.

Wir kommen seit Jahren immer wieder - die perfekte Unterkunft am Gardasee für uns: tolle Lage Nähe Zentrum, ca. 7 Minuten fußläufig zum See und trotzdem ruhig, Pool, Garten, Liegen, Schirme, eine wunderbare Blütenpracht, leckeres 3-Gänge Wahlmenü, komfortable Zimmer. Kleiner überschaubarer Ort mit netten Bars/Lokalen. Das Hotelpersonal sehr nett, stets freundlich und bemüht!!! Alles perfetto :-)

the room was very basic, however the beautiful pool area, great bar staff and ideal location made up for it.

the room key opened any door. I accidentally went to the wrong room and my key opened the door. as a solo traveller, that didn’t make me feel too safe

Great location, easy to arrive by public transportation and room was spacious enough for prams. Hotel offers a great continental breakfast.

Wir waren schon einigemale im Hotel und es war immer zu unsere Zufriedenheit immer wieder gerne!

Room was clean.

Worst hotel experience imaginable. Just after we arrived, our car was blocked in by another guest. Hotel manager responded by yelling at me aggressively when we asked for help. This was our welcome. Manager refuses to make eye contact when talking with guests. Such is apparently the distain for paying customers. One day, another guest was unwell. The manager watched as the paramedics had to move pool chairs out of the way in order to get the trolly to the guests room. Pretty much sums the place up.
