Very friendly helpful staff

Having the homeless ppl in a room a couple doors away from us who are partying all night till 3am even smoking weed & hanging out in the hallway. Asked for a room by the elevator I'm disabled,was told 1st floor is closed we put you on 2nd floor by elevator. The partying group was closer to the elevator than I was.
