Breakfast was very good even towards the end of the serving time.

I’ll start with the positive: the hotel is reasonably priced for the location and provides easy walking access to Niagara Falls State Park right across the street. Our issue came with check in and rude, unhelpful staff. After a very long drive and with reservations for a dinner cruise moved up, we arrived an hour before check- in and requested to go to our room early. We, as the people ahead of us, were told the rooms were not cleaned yet. We were unable to wait in our car in the parking lot because they wouldn’t check us in and provide the parking pass until 4:00 and there were several threats of towing, otherwise we easily could have spent the hour walking in the park! When we returned at 3:55pm, we, along with approximately 20 other guests were told our rooms were still not ready. The lobby was packed with very unhappy people. Check-in is at 4:00pm and checkout is 11:00 am, plus their policy is they don’t clean rooms daily unless requested, and for longer stays it’s every 3 days. How is it possible that NONE of the rooms were ready? The staff working at the desk were rude and made several passive aggressive comments to the individuals crowding the lobby for check-in. Also, there is one luggage cart for the entire hotel, so that was complicated for my friend and I who have several back problems and the several elderly individuals waiting for their rooms. Sadly this was a very negative experience for my friend and I which cast a dark cloud on an otherwise great vacation.🙁

The location was great. Walkable distance to the falls and many restaurants nearby.

Breakfast was not that good. The only meat option was pork which is prohibited for us. They also keep the scrambled eggs alongside pork.

Proximity to falls

Staff was not helpful. Was told may not have room ready when arrived two hours after check in. Requested toiletries and was told out of stock. When saw housekeeping next day was able to get paper supplies. Housekeeping noisy unprofessional playing loud music.
