Terrific location, extremely convenient for multiple visits to all the attractions.

Line builds up for breakfast, could be speeded up a little with some rearranging. Bread toaster and waffle maker could be moved around to allow other users to move on with other stuff.

Location was very close to Niagra Falls. Breakfast was good.

The allotted place for Breakfast is small.

First of all check in time was 4pm and even at 6 pm the room was not ready The front desk receptionist was very casual about it and she said it will take 20 more min However another receptionist he was courteous and immediately arranged the room I will also say the housekeeping staff were eager to help The telephone was not working The lift floor were having stain marks The room was neat but we’re having an old look Overall a mixed bag

Beds are comfortable, convenience to go to the Niagara Falls park, literally you can go walking.

Check in timing, amenities they could do better, and breakfast, by 9 everything was gone and I had the perception they are not well prepared for when the hotel is fully booked.
