One of the elevators was not working and the one available was far away. In addition, one of the bed sheets seem to have blood stains. Staff were very friendly and supportive.

Near the college park MARTA station. Easy commute to downtown Atlanta.

Great hotel
Costumer service was great everyone was very friendly. However the place itself was disgusting. There were giant bugs in the bed and crawling on the floor, when we walked in the towels were not clean and on the floor, the first floor smelled like sewage and the second floor smelled like propane gas.
Lot of noise for people arriving late and shouting on the halls. Other than that staff is really friendly, rooms clean and breakfast ver complete.
The staff was very friendly, but the floor in the room was so sticky my shoes stuck to it, there was a terrible smell. The first room I was given, the deadbolt did not work and the second was iffy. There was some strange stain on the sheet and I used a towel to cover it. I did not get much sleep as I did not trust the lock or the condidion of the room. However, when your flight cancels, you take what you can get.
Close to airport, clean and friendly staff
Receptionist was amazingly nice and helpful. She was kind enough to go out and help us open the door to the pool. Any question or concerns we had she helped us
