The pools

I understand you get what you pay for when booking a pet friendly room, but the bedding was stained, it smelled horrible of other animals. Was not cleaned properly. Overall price for what we paid for was not worth it and will not be returning to that location.

"Not worth the money!"

Inside pool was clean and enjoyable, breakfast was good!

Room and sheets were dirty! They gave us a sheet for the pull out couch but would not give us pillows for it! They did not offer housekeeping between the days we stayed!

Location was great for where we needed to be.

We couldn't get the door open because it was broken. It was very dark inside. A piece of the bathtub was missing. It felt dirty. There was hair all over the shower walls. It was all around a disappointing experience. We stay in a lot of hotels and this was by far the worst one. Honestly a waste of money.

Location was alright

The lady at the front desk said she was going to change our room for a better one. It was right above the office the bathroom sinks faucet was just wobbling the bed looked like it was 20 years old. Actually slept alright went to eat breakfast the biscuits weren't done the eggs were awful. Made a waffle it was the best thing there. The same lady was there looked like she lived in one of the rooms wasn't a bit presentable. Never again at that place. We love Quality inns and this was by far the worst we've ever stayed in.

If I had to pick one thing it would be the breakfast which was only ok, but compared to everything else it’s their best quality.

Dirty area and rooms, shower ceiling was caving in from water damage, bathroom sink drain did not work and water would pile up. Beds were uncomfortable. We had to call the police to get a stalker away from our door at midnight, front desk was notified and they did nothing. Also had someone screaming that they would physically harm someone, we submitted a noise complaint which they did nothing about.
