No anuncio não descrevem que à piscina é para crianças, aluguei por causa da piscina e bem no fim não pude nem usar.

Gostei do atendimento que recebi da equipe (destaque para o Henrique, da recepção), gostei da solução que foi dada a um problema elétrico que eu tive no meu quarto, pois a Gerente me deu um quarto bem melhor do que aquele pelo qual eu tinha pagado (para me compensar), e esse outro quarto era estupendo, gostei muito do eletricista, que foi super gentil e paciente comigo, adorei o café da manhã, adorei a localização, e, de fato, me senti em casa. Minhas amigas também gostaram muito, e uma delas é Americana, uma hóspede muito exigente. Se eu voltar a Florianópolis, pretendo me hospedar lá, de novo, caso precise ficar num hotel.

Do café preto, muito fraco. Dos chuveiros elétricos, muito fracos. Dos secadores de cabelo, muito fracos! Talvez as meninas do café da manhã pudessem preparar outros tipos de café, caso os hóspedes desejem.

Bom café da manhã, uma boa localização, a praia e o mar estavam lindos. A faixa de areia está bem pequena porque o mar está tomando, mas o espaço era bem bacana. Bem voltado a famílias e a crianças, com uma area de piscina só pra elas.

Não tinha piscina para adultos, apenas para crianças.

El desayuno es rico Los espacios comunes son agradables La atención del personal es excelente

La habitación tenía múltiples fallas, como filtración en el WC, secador defectuoso y basureros que no funcionaban No hay amenities, solo un jabón en barra de baja calidad Varios detalles de infraestructura sin mantenimiento, cables expuestos y ruidos fuertes de tuberías Mal olor por falta de sifón en lavamanos y lavaplatos El gimnasio está completamente fuera de servicio La relación precio–calidad no se justifica
