"Excellent hotel, outstanding receptionist."

The location, quality, and value for money were excellent. The receptionist "Alla" however was outstanding, and made our experience utterly exceptional. She was extremely friendly and welcoming, attentive, and proactively catered for our every need and want. She is an example to her profession, and a great asset to the hotel.
