USThe location was acceptable.
The property is very dated. Furniture in the room was broken and non usable. Just needs updated. The front desk staff was rude and not friendly at all. Here are pictures of the broken chair leg, broken lamp shade just sitting on the stand and the broken microwave.
Good value. Service was excellent. Location can't be beat. Facilities very well maintained. Some simple upgrades such as USB chargers on lamps or alarm clock would go a long way. Also internet TV would be preferable over commercial Comcast, and probably more cost effective. You already have Samsung Smart TVd
Well, it is a Conform Inn so don’t expect too much. Don’t be fooled by the pictures, the hotel is very outdated and things are falling apart. We asked for an extra “30min” for our check-out and the answer was “no.” If you can afford, please pay a little extra and stay in a decent hotel. I’ll do that when I visit Avon again.

USUSVery convenient location. A better value than most options in the area. Nice property layout of the rooms, pool, breakfast building. It was pretty quiet. Generally comfortable sleeping.
The toilet/tub room is very small. The facility is definitely showing its age and in need of some repairs/renovations. For instance: the track on the closet door in the room was damaged, making it very difficult to open & close; there was a pretty large "lump" under the carpeting where it appeared that the carpeting had been laid over the top of some type of debris; the wallpaper was peeling in various areas.
staff was very friendly
USAwesome upgrade and they kept the hot tub open a little later for all of the cyclists staying at the hotel.
