Clean and nice sea view

I find nothing wrong

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and lots of suggestions of things to do. Once we found the suites they were well located and within easy walking distance of town. Parking in the streets was difficult but we were advised to park in the nearby hospital car park for 4 euro a day which worked well.

Bellevue Apartments are a delightful and our host oozes hospitality on many levels. We drove her suggested circle route(s) to nearby historical sites and natural Date Palm forest. We swam at recommended beaches nearby and ate delicious Greek food. The 1 bedroom suite was spacious, quiet, had a scenic view and useful amenities (including a washing machine!). We will recommend this property to our Canadian family and friends. Thank you!

Unsere Gastgeberin Fotini hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und hatte viele Tipps zum Essen gehen und sightseeing. Zum willkommen gabs sogar ein kleines Fläschchen Raki, sowie Wasser und Nespresso Kapseln. Nicht zu vergessen der tolle Ausblick vom Balkon

Das Wasser im Pool war sehr kalt. Das Meer war gefühlte 10 Grad wärmer.

Hotellet har perfekt läge i Agios Nikolaos, nära stranden och nära centrum. Värden Fotini är helt perfekt, så välkomnande och tillmötesgående. Vi har varit här många gånger och återkommer nästa år!

Har absolut inget att klaga på. Allt fungerade som det skulle. Hotellet är bekant sedan tidigare, rummet bra och personalen sköter om sina gäster så bra.

Great location, clean & tidy apartment with a lovely pool. We received prompt replies to messages & plenty of options on where to park the hire car - thank you.

The instructions provided for check in didn't go well. We provided an arrival time, however we were told to call upon arrival & the staff member didn't answer the phone or text messages. Another staff member was telling us off because we parked 50cm over the line in front of the hotel 🤷‍♂️ Finally Fotini arrived after calling & we checked in.

The apartment was clean and the location was central. The pool area was nice.

Unfortunately we did not get the apartment we booked. Fotini said that they had made an error and classed all their apartments as superior sea/pool view but they were not. We were given an apartment that was clean but needed updating and that overlooked the busy road and noisy playground. She did offer us a villa in the countryside but we had no car so not suitable for us. We chose this place because of its central location. We did try to find somewhere else to stay but nothing was available at such short notice in our price range. If we had known about this earlier we would have cancelled and booked elsewhere. If you read the other reviews it also happened to others too. We were missold and even though Fotini tried to help she couldn't give us what we had booked. Also we had to get a plumber in as the toilet would not flush and the shower would not drain away. All in all this did ruin our holiday as we couldn't sit on our balcony due to the noise and car fumes. We have contacted booking.com over this issue.
