Reasonable price, clean, comfortable

Noisy street traffic, washing machine and dryer running all afternoon, not a good location for walking around. No staff in the building so no one to ask questions or get info from other that messaging

Clean, comfortable and close to city

Very comfy and clean, great location. Worm room. For sure if will be again in Belfast will stay at Amica. There is also a kittle, coffee, tea, biscuits and fridge. The towels provided smell very nice. Shampoo and showers gel great smell.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak. And also I would recommend putting some carpet inside the room, as people come in from outside wearing shoes. We also noticed dog fouling outside

Nicely decorated, large room. Nice to have a king-sized bed. Great there was a fridge for our use.

Overall location a bit run down. Hard to find a restaurant in the area that was open. Best suited for having a car (which we didn’t)

The staff was very helpful and room was perfect. The location is also great.
