La ubicación central, su personal muy amable, desayuno al gusto de cada uno

Demasiado ruido de noche, yo pensaba que era algún pub cercano, pero eran otros pasajeros que tenían su música a todo volumen, nos pasó ambas noches. Los colchones en mal estado, las almohadas no eran cómodas . El ascensor parecía que se desarmaba, muy antiguo el hotel y las instalaciones eran mas bien de hostal

La ubicación es buenísima si viene cierto los fines de semana se escucha bastante ruido proveniente del exterior, pero ahora estuvimos en habitaciones las cuales no da n directo a la calle, por lo que no se escucharon ruidos molestos. El desayuno es un poco débil, faltaron las típicas aceitunas de zapa, en cuanto a la ubicación es muy central es muy cómodo llegar y salir porque en ese lugar esta toda la movilización.

El agua caliente no es tan caliente, si viene cierto Arica es una ciudad de agua tibia, pero los que venimos desde santiago nos gusta el agua bien caliente, pero dentro de todo estuvo bien.

Excelente ubicación, buen desayuno a un precio razonable.

El ropero de la habitación tenía olor a humedad. La sábana bajera tenía los elásticos vencidos por lo que salía del colchón durante la noche (al menos en la habitación que me tocó)
