Very nice place, very clean the workers were kind and exellent loaction

For the price, this was a fantastic room with a nice bed, fridge, kettle, crockery and cutlery which meant that self-catering, at least as far as breakfast was concerned was easy. Everything was spotlessly clean and I'm very glad I found this place to stay.

The only real issue is that the reception seems to double as a TV repair shop and so was unmanned for most of my stay. In fairness, there was someone there when I arrived at about 4:00pm on a Friday so I can't complain but if you're planning a late or weekend arrival, it's definitely essential to liaise with the property to ensure someone will be there to meet you.

Очень удобное месторасположение в старом городе. Рядом вокзал, метро - все в 3-5 минут ходьбы. Множество кафе-ресторанов с отличной едой и напитками. В доме есть лифт! В аппартаментах хороший ремонт. Просторная душевая с туалетом. Кухня с плитой, чайник - и кофемашина с натуральным кофе! Огромный ТИ -монитор! Много розеток, что тоже важно. В холодильнике есть напитки, вино, пиво (за отдельную плату).

Немножко шумно ночью, особенно на выходных - напротив ночной клуб. Но закрывающиеся ставни достаточно изолируют улицу. Положительные моменты компенсируют это. Все нормально. Немного показалось, что матрас слышком мягкий. Но это тоже не значительное неудобство.

Sehr nette und seriöse Dame an der Reception und natürlich der Balkon in den Garten war super für Raucher. kommen gerne wieder aber dann wenn es geht in das EG.
