Everyone there seems to be smoking outside their room. The smoke ends up coming in your air conditioning and you can smell it in your room. You could hear people arguing in the parking lot. It was a cheap motel and relatively clean so not the worst thing. Just depends what you’re looking for.

"Few inexpensive choices exist in Appleton for a single night stay over, so this was the best option. Overall the lodging"

Conveniently close to Appleton airport, friendly staff

Pillows were really stained and musty, non smoking rooms smelled of tobacco with lots of smokers staying in the same corridor (as evidenced by cigarette disposal pails sitting outside their rooms) They don’t allow any breakfast outside of the dining area, so while my husband woke up to eat, I was too jet lagged and missed out

Didn't like much of anything. Bathroom floor dirty, shower curtain filthy, bath tub slick/slimy, drain slow, bathroom door didn't come close the shutting, floors sticky, tv didn't work, when bed sheet removed the mattress pad had a large dried area of urine on the lower left side. Front desk informed.. they put things on their list for the day..
