The room was dark with lights on. Place looked sketchy, don't know if there were bed bugs. Mold on the bathroom door trim. Seriously considered going someplace else and lose the money paid for the room. Eggs in continental breakfast tasted awful. Waffle was good, made it myself

"Light pouring from ceiling and rude staff"

Close to neenah

I had to move all our stuff from my room to another room because there was water pouring out of the light fixture in the ceiling that was in the bathroom. It poured from there for at least a solid 5 minutes and got all over the floor. I was offered to stay in the room and they would clean it up but not fix it until the next day. The owner was very rude to me and other customers. It's okay if you have nowhere to go like us but wouldn't really recommend

"Awful I will never use booking again unless I get my refund for being double charged"

Nothing they couldn’t even find our original reservation in charge us twice and we still haven’t received a refund

That they charge us price for a room and we have not received a refund. They couldn’t find a confirmation which I think is a lie

"Gross and disturbing.."

Well it was gross stayed there for about 45 mins found a dirty condom on the floor and left. So obviously it wasn't cleaned after the last person
