Sheni Hostel

The location was good.

The room had stench of perspirations. Very squeezy. No ventilation and suffocation. I ended up moving to another hostel and did not stay, though I paid.

Has everything I expect from a hostel. Nice staff, good beds, clean bathrooms with good showers and a really well equipped kitchen in which you can actually cook. Location is good, 10 minutes from a metro station. Value for money is superb

Roma was super friendly and flexible with the check-in time (I arrived late at night). The kitchen had everything I needed. Nice atmosphere overall, interesting people :)

To be honest it was not super clean… But I would definitely stay again for this price!

The staff are very helpful & friendly especially Roma. Hostel looks a little old but everything works well. Very quiet environment It would be ideal if a microwave oven can be added to the well equipped kitchen. 12 minutes walk to Avlabari metro station with many money changers around. A shawarma shop, 2 bakery shops, 2 fruits stalls & a supermarket within 50 meters distance.

The room became very warm as a WEIRD Georgian roommate who always switched off the air-con halfway through the night.

Good position, close to Avlabari station and necessary service facilities. Good equipped dining kitchen with a large refrigerator, all needed utensils and possibility to prepare coffee, tea and simple dishes. Nice and creatively decorated lounge. Cleanliness and tidiness of the room and common spaces, including lounge, kitchen, passageway and bathrooms. Having the possibility of washing and drying laundry, hair drying, ironing. Good Wi-fi. Very kind and friendly staff, special regards to "Modrić" :-).

For private trips, I prefer hostels over hotels because I like to meet travelers from different parts of the world, talk with them and exchange travel experiences and ideas. The only thing I didn't like about this hostel was the restriction of socializing after 10 PM (when the hostel's residents mostly come back to hostel) even with a very quiet conversation, due to the intolerance of the residents of the neighboring building.

Not much at all!

I got bed bugs!!! The place was pretty much disgusting from the beginning. Dorm room was just a bunch of tired and old mattresses thrown on the floor. Terrible environment and not worth any low price. I got bites all over my arms from bed bugs and thank God I only booked one night. I left first thing in the morning and checked into a proper hostel.
