Airhome Southbank Riverside Tower

Great deal, and great view of the city from the north end of South Bank!

Great view, clean, open, airy and roomy

This hotel name doesn't exist and I don't understand why you don't call it by it's actual name - Brisbane Casino Towers. There was not enough crockery for 4 people, no hand towels in either bathroom, only one small towel per person, one teatowel in the kitchen. There are marks on the walls and its not the cleanest place I've stayed.in. The password for the wifi didn't work. Huge bond required for extra key. Better off going directly through the hotel.

This stay was a disaster from the very first minute! The host wanted me to give them my credit card details over email or give them a cash security bond by bank deposit that would be more than the room with no documentation or security it would be refunded or that my credit card details would be kept secure. They were terrible on communication (unable to speak fluent & cohesive English) and poor timing of return emails/phone calls etc. The room was not clean when we arrived and it had poor amenities (no iron) and even though it was a 2 bedroom apartment there was only 1 key!

Fantastic view and location. Great to have washing facilities. Overall great place to stay
